You should have pre built Zoho Flows in your name. You just need to authorise the connection to your own email so they can run.
Step 1: Locate Your Flows
Open your personal folder.
You will see two new flows for CRM tracking (Inbound and Outbound).
Step 2: Authorise the Inbound Flow
Open the Inbound CRM flow.
Click the pencil icon on the very first block (Email received).
Click New next to the Connection box.
Follow the prompts to sign in and authorise your Outlook account.
Ensure the Mail folder is set to Inbox.
Click Done and toggle the flow to On (top right).
Step 3: Authorise the Outbound Flow
Open the Outbound CRM flow.
Click the pencil icon on the first block (Email received).
Select the connection you just created from the dropdown menu.
Important: Ensure the Mail folder is set to Sent Items (it sometimes defaults back to Inbox).
Click Done and toggle the flow to On.
Your sent and received emails will now automatically log to the correct Contact and Account records in the CRM.
