Connecting Outlook to Zoho

Connecting Outlook to Zoho

To automate your email logging, you must personally authorise the connection between Outlook and Zoho Flow.

Follow these steps to get set up:

Phase 1: Accessing Your Flows

Log in to your Zoho Flow account. (You should have been given access)

1. Select My Flows on the left

Open the folder labeled with your name.

You will see two flows: one for Inbound and one for Outbound. Choose Either (you'll only need to do this once).

Phase 2: Authorising the Connection

1. Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on one of the Flows to open the builder

2. Click on the first box in the chain (the Outlook Trigger).

3. In the configuration panel that opens on the right, look for the Connection dropdown.

4. Click the + New button next to the dropdown.

5. In the popup window:

Connection Name: Enter your name ('Outlook').

Click Authorise.

Sign in with your Outlook credentials when prompted.

Phase 3: Finalising the Sync

Once authorised, stay in that same configuration panel.

Click the Mail folder dropdown.

For the Inbound flow, ensure Inbox is selected.

For the Outbound flow, ensure Sent Items is selected.

Click the blue Done button at the bottom.

Crucial: In the top right corner of the screen, toggle the switch from Off to On.

Repeat these steps for the second Flow in your folder (or let Stewart M know it's done)
