Access Rights Exclusion Option

Consider an organisation with numerous access groups with various permission granularity, for example, an organisation with several HR managers with permission to access employee sensitive information such as salary, bank details and documents, but should be excluded from viewing each other's sensitive details.

Software Access Groups --> Edit the selected Access Group.




To exclude users from accessing selected resources, go to the exclusion tab and select the user and the resource he should be excluded from. If there are multiple resources, you can add them by pressing the green plus sign.

In the example below, Peter Bant and Henry Gallo are members of the HR account group. While they have permission to access resources defined for the HR access group for users associated with this group, they are excluded from viewing each other Salary.

Integrated scheduler for peripherals with GP I/O Ports

SWF offers an integrated scheduler for any peripheral device with a GP I/O port,  alternatively, the peripheral device is connected to the network and controlled from the cloud application.

One example is connecting a bell scheduled to trigger an alarm every working day at noon for 10 seconds and another at the end of the day.
