System Administration Preset Group
The Administration Access Group is a preset security group that grants full Read /Write permissions and access level to entire licenses modules resources. employees associated with the Preset Administration Group are authorized to view, edit and delete data for the whole organisation.
We encourage organisations to follow a least privilege principle (PoLP) which maintains that users only have access to the specific data, and resources to complete the required task. Organisations that follow this principle reduce the risk of employees gaining access to unauthorised data or resources.
Absence Request Calendar - Statutory Holidays Visibility
To set up a Statutory Holidays in the Absence calendar go to Work Rules --> Statutory Holidays select the Date, description and additional rules if applicable.
In the Absence Request Screen, the Statutory Holidays is highlighted in the respective colour.
E-sign - Reminder for Documents Pending Signature
E-sign enhanced with a daily emails reminder for e-sign documents pending signature.
There are no additional configuration required. Once the document is electronically signed, the system will suppress the notification.
Reports - 'Note of the Day
In the daily report we added an option to append the 'Note of the day' form the daily browser.
Reports - Filter Documents by Tags
Personnel documents are mapped to virtual partitions to support grouping and organising employees' documents under various topics.
In version 5.11 we enhanced the document module with the option to annotate documents with up to three free text tags with the aim of adding an additional flexible and adjustable classification layer.
The additional layer of tag annotation helps search and filter specific sets of documents:
