The system state of emergency is triggered either manually by an authorised user or automatically by the Adam Link.
To trigger the emergency manually, go to Roll Call Report under Emergency Control.
Roll Call Real Time Dashboard
Triggering an emergency will cue the designated muster devices to start process swipes from employees assembling at the muster points.
Employees acknowledged at the muster point by swiping at the designed device will be classified as out of danger and listed under the Safe Zone Tab.
Employees classed as Present or IN by the access control module will be listed under the In Danger tab, and others will be treated as At Risk.
Ending Emergency & Archiving
To end the emergency, press the End Emergency located at the top left side of the Roll Call Dashboard screen.
This will conclude the emergency event and generate a summary report available to download from the Archive screen.
Ending Emergency will prompt and option to a description that will show in the archive screen.
Once the emergency state ended, the system will reinstate to routine and will stop accepting swipes sent from the muster devices.
The emergency report will be generated and ready to be downloaded from the Archive screen.
E-signed Documents Report
We added a filtering by status option to the Document Signed Report.
Employee Location & Filtering Options
The option to attribute a location to an employee was add in a previous version, now we adding the option to filter by location on the daily browser screen and in the Time Sheet report.
In the example below, an employee is associated with a location 'Surrey Care Home'
In the Daily Browser screen, Applying filtering both by department and by location will result in logical AND, so the search will list only employee that match the department and location selected in the filter.

In this version, we expanded the API with additional resources and methods to access date related to access control and ANPR.
