- Create document categories.
2. Click to share a document.
3. Select Document Category.
4. Select the method of associating the file:
a. Uploading
b. URL
5. Select the department.
6. Optional Location.
Bulk Document Uplodae.
Bulk distribution of documents is employees is effortless with this feature.
Expanding HR Module
Employee Salary
We added a section for employee salary details and a change log to track salary changes.
Setting the Salary 'Change Reason' category
To Add/Edit the Salary Change Reason, go to the Personal Settings and select the Salary Change Reason Tab.
Employee Bank Details Tab
We added a section for employee bank details, with potential integration via API.
Absence Request - An option to attach a document
We added an option to attach a document to the Absence Request.
Once submitted, the absence manager can review the attached document.
ANPR - Optimising the plate number reading
A minor correction to the letter matching algorithm, reducing the false positives.
