Visitor Management Setup

Go to Menu, Visitor Management and click on Visitor settings

General Tab

      Allows defining general information that will be visible on VM Kiosk


      1. Company Logo - Upload your company logo that will be visible on the VM Kiosk
      2. Keep historical data on mobile device (Max 30 Days) - allows you to keep the data on VM Kiosk for max 30 days
      3. Global Screen Timeout (sec) - Define time out when visitors or screen is idle by x seconds
      4. Sign IN/OUT Successful and unsuccessful screen timeout (sec) - define time out for the message popup
      5. Welcome text on main screen - Insert welcome screen message that will appear in the centre of the VM Kiosk
      6. Welcome text font size - define Welcome text font size to be visible on VM Kiosk
      7. Welcome text font colour - define Welcome text font colour to be visible on VM Kiosk
      8. Additional Switches - enable/disable as per your requirements

Visitor Types Tab

  1. Allows adding Type of Visitors  in the system (Max 15 types allowed)
  2. Displays the existing Visitor types created within system
    1. Displays Visitor Type ID
    2. Description of the visitor type
    3. Colour
    4. Status
    5. Card Template if assigned
  3. Allows editing the Visitor Type
  4. Allows rearranging the position of Visitor types
  5. Allows deleting the visitor types
System will not allow deleting visitor type if it has been used in past or currently in use. You may deactivate the visitor type instead!

Host Settings Tab

      Depending on the setup, Visitor system will notify the Host upon arrival of their visitors via email notification

  1. Allows the option to enable/disable Host page on VM Kiosk
  2. Allows defining mandatory host selection by visitor types
  3. Allows hiding the host directory on VM Kiosk
Sign IN Requirement Tab


  1. Tab allows defining the items either Mandatory or optional VM Kiosk on a visitor sign in page.
  2. Also allows camera settings for the VM Kiosk
Sign IN and Sign OUT Forms Tab



      Tab allows defining additional steps at both Sign IN and Sign OUT stages

      It also allows enabling Pre-fill form on mobile device to remember the previous information filled by visitor when they return again for their next visit, making the process faster.

      User can create unlimited items within form.

      Item types allowed in the system are


      Each item can be setup to have mandatory response or not made by visitor during sign in process

      Each item can be defined to be visible by type of Visitors


      Yes/No question type item can have additional condition applied whereby depending on the answer provided, Visitor will be asked to see the member of reception upon signing in.

Email Settings Tab

      Allows defining the conditions of email notification to be sent during Sign in and Sign out process



Printing Options Tab

      Allows defining the printing options, both on website and mobile device
