1. Send e-mail invites to your visitors ahead of meetings.
Synergy Visitor lets your organisation send invites directly to one or many visitors – this also saves visitors time by automatically pre-filling sign in information.
2. Build various visitor type fields and categories
This allows your organisation to manage multiple visitor types into groups and categories for effective visitor management in a high footfall, large scale environment.
3. Email notification to the host, once signed in.
With Synergy Visitor an email notification will be automatically sent to the host, alerting them instantly that they are waiting to meet them.
4. Reporting
Synergy Visitor allows you to generate various reports based on the specific criteria set – giving you a full view of visitors in your organisation. When linked to a fire system, it can also produce a fire report, which can be used quickly and efficiently in the event of a fire evacuation.
5. Customisable forms and data fields, as required for your organisation
Synergy Visitor allows you to customise mandatory information fields and add specific data requirements or questions, as and when required for effective visitor management.
