SWF Login - New Look & Feel

In future releases, we will gradually contemporise the user interface and enhance the experience.
The first to go live with the 5.7.0 version is the login page.






Two-Factor Authentication

We are introducing two-factor authentication to ensure top-level security for the organisation account level - enabling the two-factor authentication apply to all users under the organisation account.

To Enable the Two-Factor authentication feature, go to System Setup --> Option --> Two-Factor Authentication Tab.



Users will be required to enter both a password and an authentication code when enabled. Unique code will be generated and shared via email. 


First Step: Enter a username and password.









Second Step: Send to the email associated with your account a unique six-digit code valid for 60 seconds - You can regenerate another code if one expires.


Biometric Single Sign-On

Managing credentials across different systems is a challenge and often frustrating.
The biometric SSO feature lets go of the need to remember numerous passwords, gain access once and transition to the service registered to your terminal. 

In our new range of terminals, Synergy 10" - the biometric identification system enables users to access several applications and services securely through our self-service portal.

To enable Two Factor Authentication, go to the System Setup --> Device --> Selected device ( only supported on Synergy 5" & 10" ) 

  1.  Enable the Portal Button
  2.  Set timeout timer
  3.  Provide a URL to the application
  4. Don't foget to save






AM/PM Registration & Integration with iSAMS

We migrated Synel on-premise AM/PM Registration and iSAMS writeback to the cloud, and it is now part of our Synergy Workforce Solution.
