Auto Reprocessing Amended Clocking Records

We aim to automate manual processes, reduce the time and effort required to complete tasks and incorporate procedures into your daily routines.

In the current version, we introduced an option to recalculate historical records from when the record was amended to the present time.

To enable this option go to System Setup --> Options and select the Processing tab








Once enabled, the process will be triggered when historical data is amended on the following screes:
  1. Daily Brower
  2. Daily Details
  3. Planning Control
  4. Auto Planning

The request will be placed in a queue and generally completed within a few hours.



Visitor Manager - Opt Out From Visitor Manager Host

Employees can opt out of being listed as a visitor host (Only applicable for customers with a visitor manager module).
This option is available in the Personnel screen --> Employee --> Additional Setting.






Document Module - Manage Onboarding Document

There are a set of documents an employee needs to review and sign when they first join the organisation.
The paper ranges from government forms to records specific to their role and the organisation.





Add description & notes to the document.








Integration - Employee POST Method Added to Support the Creation of a New Employee Entity








New Report - Total Pay Categories & Contract Categories per Department.

  5. Export type - PDF / Fromated Excel
