New Accrual Balance Tracking View

The new accrual balance tracking view 
  1. Accured - The number of days/hours of absence accrued in the annual cycle starting from the accrual rule start date.
  2. Adjusted - The number of days/hours adjusted in the annual cycle starting from the accrual rule start date.
  3. Carried over - The number of days/hours carried over from the previous annual cycle. Length Of Service allowance will be excluded from being carried over.
  4. Requested - The number of days/hours requested/pending but not yet approved.
  5. Taken - The number of absence days/hours taken 
  6. Scheduled - The number of days scheduled i.e. requested and approved but not yet taken.
  7. Balance - The balance is 





Accrual Activity Log

It offers a comprehensive audit report to help employees and managers trace back absence activities in case of a dispute, to view the full activity log click on the eye icon on the right side. 

The activity log view lists up to a year of historical Absence Management Workflow activities: 
  1. Accrued
  2. Approved
  3. Taken
  4. Adjust 
  5. Carried over 





New Flexi Balance Widget

The new Flexi Balance Widget offers a quick view of the previous workday balance, for employees on a standard contract the widget will show N/A. 





The Widget value pertains to the 'Current Balance' in the daily Browser, the widget brings the balance to the dashboard and offers a quick user a quick view.
