Presence Information Panel (PIP)

The PIP screen offers a unified view of the workforce attendance status under three primary categories and four subcategories for under the present status.

Present 
  1.       On-site
  2.       off-site
  3.       On-Break
  4.       Unexpected
Absence 
Absent






E-Sign Enhancements

Sending documents for multiple recipient made easy, pick and chose from the list of employees with work emails or select all to sent the document the entire organisation. 
The option of tagging the document is now available for categorisation and reporting purposes. 



Clocking Activity API

We added a GET Notes Method to fetch notes associated with the record.





Absence by Category Report

Absence report by category lists employee by their absence categories and will include the absence duration, capture method and notes added to the absence requests.
To generate this report go to: Reports --> Absence Reports --> Absence Category Report





Accrual Report

To generate Accrual report go to: Reports --> Absence Report --> Accrual Report
