E-signature 

The integrated e-signature solution in the document module offers a cost-effective, secure, end-to-end solution for operational and HR purposes.

Sender Flow

Sending documents is supported for both employees with work email addresses and users.

To send a document, go to Documents --> E-signature

Recipient Flow

The recipient will receive a system notification and an email with a link to the document.










Absence Accrual

In HR, accruals generally refer to time off, sick leave and vacation time that ‘accrues’ as an employee works for the organisation. For example, a company may offer four days of paid leave per quarter. Employees who have worked for six months have accrued eight days of paid leave. If an organisation front-loads time off at the first of the year, it wouldn’t technically be an accruals system.


Synel workforce solution offers a set of accrual rules that support variety of uses cases:
  1. Accrue holiday by days or by hours
  2. Fixed and hourly contracts
  3. Control carry-over allowance
  4. Length of service bounce
  5. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Accrual iteration pattern
  6. Selective rule application by employee, department, and locations


Accrual Access Rights

Setting up accrual rules requires the user to be associated with access groups with enabled read/write permission for the accrual resource.

To set up accrual rule go to Work Rules --> Accrual

Fresh new Look & functionality enhancement to PIP screen

One of our most visited screens is what we call the PIP screen.

PIP view is extremely helpful for getting a quick snapshot of the current state of the business, who is on-site, who is on planned leave (absence) or absent and in the manufacturing sector to have a consolidated view of the state of the factory floor.

It is used for extracting attendance reports in an emergency as it lists employees by status on-site and off-site.







Probation & Perks Fields

User can now set a date for probation and receive an email when the date is due.
Additionally, we added an option to add up to five Perks for an employee.







New Reports

In v.510, we implemented a set of reports designed to elevate data we did not previously use to produce reports and drive decision-making.
