Features and Improvements
1. Product feedback
Icon added to the system
Users can provide product feedback by clicking on the icon
Feedback icon can be enabled/disabled within Software Security Group
2. Announcement
Icon changed
Disabled the flashing icon, instead now it has a red circle on top.

3. New Graphical
Scheduler
The improved version of
Graphical Scheduler allows you to effortlessly assign employees to specific
cost centres or manage colleagues who are working across different departments
or sites, and when this is the case, cross charge labour costs. It also offers
new quick filters which allow you to customise the data you may wish to see for
analysis and reporting purposes. In addition, the report generation function
has also been improved with the ability to export colour coded cells to an
Excel spreadsheet so that the graphical representation of the scheduler follows
through when it is exported.
a. Allows users to enable/disable employee’s picture
column from settings
b. Freeze Pane on left - allowing
user to scroll data horizontally without compromising the data view on left
hand side
c. Visible planned vs actual times
d. Visible exception (Red, yellow and Green) on the screen for
each day when hovering the mouse over it, allowing the user to authorise the
exception if required
e. Notes Facility allowing user to
view and/or add/edit the notes for the day
f. Separate cards for shifts and absences
g. Bank Holiday - shift card gets
updated with Bank Holiday details instead
h. Totals by individual employees
depending on date range
i. Totals at the bottom of the
screen
j. Schedule shift to Cost Centre
k. Book absence
Absence type DAYS – allows user to book full or
half day absences
Absence type HH:MM – allows user to book full or
half day absence + override the default duration if required.
4. Daily
Activity Screen
Daily Activities screen also
has a new look and feel and now offers a project view of activities, rather
than just a task view.
As well as being easier to
navigate, you can now move data columns to prioritise what you want to see on
the Daily Activities screen.

Touch Android 4.2
A new design and an absence request feature making
it even easier for users to interact with Synergy workforce via Synergy Touch
monitor screens.

6. Attendance/Fire Report by Fire Marshal
New feature introduced allowing companies to manage fire roll call at the
assembly point for each respective Fire Marshals irrespective of the
buildings/devices
Declare employee as Fire
Marshals within Additional Settings tab of an employee
Next, each Fire Marshals will be allocated to their respective employees within Personnel Screen – Fire Marshals Tab
When printing Attendance/Fire
Report, the format of the report will be:
Top of the Page = Name of the
Fire Marshal
Next Sorted by first IN and
then OUT swipes
Display allocated employees in
Alphabetical order by Surname and the Total no of employees for both IN and OUT
