8. Emergency Control Menu

  1. Sub Menu Items - Open All Door, Lock All Door and Door to Normal deleted (Instead use Door Control)

9. System Setup

  1. Email Settings Tab removed from sub menu Software Security. Email Settings menu is now available under System Setup
  2. Exception Settings removed from Exception Screen. Exception settings menu is now available under System Setup
  3. Absence Manager Tab removed from sub menu Software Security. Absence Manager menu is now available under System Setup
  4. SYQR App Settings Tab removed from sub menu Software Security. SYQR App Settings menu is now available under System Setup
  5. Virtual Terminal Tab removed from sub menu Software Security. Virtual Terminal menu is now available under System Setup

10. Maintenance Menu

  1. User can delete Time and Attendance and/or Access Control data manually
  2. User can delete Visitors data manually
  3. User can set Task to auto delete Time and Attendance and/or Access Control Data (GDPR)
  4. User can set task to auto delete Leavers/Inactive Employees from the system (GDPR)


11. Documents Module

  1. If User is given permission “Read Only”, system will now allow them to download and view the document attached. However, no edit and upload allowed


12. Absence Management Module

  1. Absence Reports – All absence items listed Alphabetically

    2. Absence Request Screen - Calendar can be enabled/disabled for Absence Request within System Setup – Options – User Interface


 

    3. Absence Request Screen - User can define 1 Absence Type to be available on top of the drop-down list within Absence Request screen if using more than 1 type to request


    4. Absence Authorisation Screen - Column added to displays Notes icon if note is present either from the employee or from the manager


     5. Absence Authorisation Detailed Screen – Employee Balance line added


     7. Department – Total no of Employees on Absence for daily or weekly limit can be set by Department

     8. Absence Tracking – Duplicate with Current Quota icon introduced.

     9. Warning Message when absence in removed from tracking or tracking itself is deleted

     10. Employee selection grouping moved from “Track Absences” to “Absence Allocation” screen

     2. Allows Client management with multiple sites and multiple contacts and their numbers

15. Graphical Scheduler

  1. Employees can be scheduled against activities with Start and End Time
  2. Each activity can contain the Company name, Site name, Contact name and number with a Job reference
  3. Information gets synced with SYQR Application

    4. Scheduled Activity – Specially designed for field engineers. Employees can report their drive time, start/end time, take pictures and notes, fill in the job sheet and get customer signature for the scheduled Activity

  1. Employee can file their company expenses or mileage claim either on TimeLOG Web or on SYQR Application

  1. New Module that allows designing and printing cards

19. Job Sheet Designer

  1. System allows designing electronic job sheets; used with Field Management module on SYQR Application, allows Engineers to end job and auto fill in Job sheet and get it signed by customer

20. Finger Print Enrolment on the web

  1. Allows enrolling finger templates directly on the web

21. Synergy A Devices

  1. Firmware and Appproperties.xml can be update via TimeLOG Web on device with minimum firmware version 3.0.5.2.2
  2. Device can be used as Access Control device to open door, but it cannot be set with custom Time Zones and Security Groups
  3. Device can be used in 3 ways
    1. Identification – Employee identifies themselves by either placing Finger, scanning Card or inserting Pin number on device
    2. Verification – Employee inserts their employee number and the verify with either Finger and Card
  • Confirmation – Employee identifies themselves by either placing Finger, scanning Card or inserting Pin number on device, device returns with an answer displaying “Employee Name”. If correct name displayed, employee will confirm by pressing enter key.
