System Login

Open web browser ( Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Edge or Safari)

Insert Synergy Workforce URL and press enter. 

For example: https:\\xxx.synel-saas.com (xxx = replaces with company name) 

Prior to login, user credentials must be created by system Administrator.

Insert Username and Password to login.

Clicking on "Eye" icon will allow user to see the password that they have typed.

User will see below screen message if username and/or password is inserted in correctly, 

User account will get locked if username and/or password is inserted incorrectly simultaneously after 5th time
