URL/Reports/AttendanceReport?format=0
To the end of the URL of the customers portal this can then be saved as a shortcut on the customer desktop.
Format 0 gives a PDF
Format 1 gives an XLS
For Access Control based data add (PDF)
/FireReport/FireReport
