Ask the user to confirm they are the only person currently logged in..
reindex may bring up a list of people showing as having file sessions open ask the user to click on the exit at the far right of each entry.
Once all lines are exited click on OK and the database begins to reindex.

Following the completion of the reindex we reprocess the current period and then Run the Timecard reports again to confirm all was well.
