Import Employees Custom Fields Values
Custom fields must exists in the system prior to importing data
Go to Menu - System Setup - Import Data and select table Employee Custom Fields
Depending on what is required to import, turn on the respective switches.
Similarly, create the columns and data as required in Excel
Fill in the data required.
Save a copy in standard Excel file Format to refer again if needed.
Next save the same file as Unicode Text (*.txt) to desired location on the computer
Import File to Synergy Workforce
Scroll down the page to make sure there are no lines with red colour in it.
If all looks good, click on Import button and wait until it finishes uploading data.
This can take a while so please be patient. Browser will continue to show loading icon until the import has been completed.
Additionally,
please note that where you have custom field type “List”
All values must be present separated by comma and must match the value in the import file!
