Forgot Password
User has 2 options to retrieve the password
Option 1:
Click on Forgot Password?
Browser will navigate to another screen allowing user to insert either their Username or an email address registered within system.
If successful, system will automatically send an email with password reset link.
Example of link : https://xxx.synel-saas.com/Account/ResetPassword/?userId=1&code=d14f8abc-d83c-4a4a-b439-c93a4c9f57a4&source=Email
User can click on the link and system will automatically take them to password reset page.
User needs to insert new password and confirm the same password again before clicking on Reset button
System will popup the message if successful or not
Password must meet criteria below in order for the system to accept the new password!
Option 2:
Contact your System Administrator and ask them reset your password.
Email with the reset password link will be sent automatically to the user forcing user to reset password when clicked.
