ER2 - New Suprema Devices Maintenance Menu

There is a new menu ‘Maintenance’ > ‘Biostar Devices’ that allows full control over deleting and syncing persons and access control data to the Suprema biostar devices.


The screen has two selection boxes, one for persons and the other for devices.
Each selection box has a search filter above it.

Search for persons can be filtered by ‘Person’ or by ‘Population Groups’ using the two buttons at the top of the screen

There are three buttons at the bottom of the screen for actions in this menu.

 

1.       To delete ALL Access Control data (Security Groups, Timezones etc.) from one or more devices.
Select one or more devices and move to the ‘Selected Devices’ box to the right

Click ‘Delete Person Data’ button at the bottom of the screen. A warning will appear..

 

Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm and continue with the action..

 

2.       To delete ALL data for one or more persons from one or more devices.

Select one or more devices and move to the ‘Selected Devices’ box to the right

Select one or more persons and move to the ‘Selected Persons’ box to the right

Click ‘Delete Person Data’ button at the bottom of the screen. A warning will appear..

 

 

Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm and continue with the action..

 

3.       To Sync data TO the devices use the same method as above but use the ‘Sync Persons’ button at the bottom to sync the persons selected to the devices selected or you can use the ‘Sync Persons + Access Control’ button to sync the persons and access control settings  selected to the devices selected.
