Cashless Till (Windows 10 model)
Symptom:
Till will not boot up on restart and shows the error ‘Your PC Ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you’
If this happens please, try the following procedure:
For this procedure you will need to connect an external USB keyboard to the till, this is located underneath, there are several USB ports to choose from, any of them will work.
Then follow the directions with the red arrows as follows:
The Till will then restart and once done will show the following screen:
Choose number by pressing the ‘4’ key on the keyboard you attached earlier.
Once restarted you should see the above screen, if you see something different please contact SynelUK Technical Support 0208 900 9991. Option 1.
Press the windows button on the screen as shown by the red arrow above.
Then press the Power button as shown below..
Then on the resulting menu press the Restart button on the screen..
The Till should now restart and successfully boot into the usual windows screen ready to restart the Till application.
