Cant Allocate Devices on New Department
If you wish to use Department Allocation for devices but when you go to the devices tab of the department the list of AVAILABLE devices is blank.
this is because ALL devices have already been allocated to branch of the department tree higher upstream and as a sub department your new department inherits the devices from above so there aren't any AVAILABLE devices so none are listed.
Only clocks that are available for selection will appear here. eg (Recently added devices not already allocated higher up stream)
